TERMS AND POLICY
StandCiti Treasures offers only pre-owned, vintage or antique items. Please read each description carefully and completely. All items will be researched to the best of our ability. Should you have a question on an item, please email us. StandCiti Treasures wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, even before you buy it!
SHIPPING METHOD:
Shipping costs are posted for each item, where applicable. Items will be shipped USPS FIRST CLASS Parcel Post unless PRIORITY FLAT RATE is cheaper or if you REQUEST Priority shipment. INSURANCE, if desired, is EXTRA on all items under $100 in value.
SHIPPING RATES: Shipping rates are established for mainland United States, ALASKA, and HAWAII. If shipping to CANADA, please email for a shipping quote.
StandCiti Treasures will combine shipping, if possible. The Check Out system may not reflect the reduction in shipping cost when two or more items are combined. StandCiti Treasures urges you to EMAIL us if the shipping cost seems unusually high. PayPal will refund. StandCiti Treasures will provide you with an updated invoice that will include any shipping discounts for multiple purchases.
PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately.
PAYPAL~ is the only accepted type of payment at this time.
RETURNS:
StandCiti Treasures sales are VINTAGE or ANTIQUE items and ARE USED, UNLESS we state that the item is new. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item you purchased is NOT the advertised and/or shown in photos. If the item is not as advertised, please contact StandCiti Treasures via email [email protected], within 2 days of receipt of item, for resolution. ONLY after the item has been carefully inspected will a refund be given, minus shipping and handling fees. StandCiti Treasures strongly urges you to request as much, information on the item(s) you wish to purchase, before you purchase.
